Laia Lae  has been working in the world of hairdressing, makeup, and beauty treatments for more than twenty years. She has dedicated her talent to prestigious brands such as Make up Forever, X-Pression, and  Cirque du Soleil. She has also worked on catwalks<\/strong>, master-classes, photo shootings, film productions<\/strong>, in several countries, such as the UK, the United States, Australia, Croatia, Iran, Mexico, Canada, and France.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Karen trained at the prestigious makeup school  Cazcarra (Barcelona). She specialized in  FX<\/strong>, and has been the head of makeup and special effects in numerous short and feature films. In addition, she has collaborated with fantastic film festivals, such as  Fangofest or Sitges Film Festival. She won the Best Makeup and FX Award at the Horror Film Festival (2020) and the Forum Film Festival (2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in Galicia,  Mayka took her first steps as a stylist<\/strong> more than twenty years ago on Telemadrid  Cosmopolitan TV. Her extensive background has led her to work in TV series (‘Nada es para siempre’, ‘Fari\u00f1a’, ‘La Unidad’) and films (‘Eles transportan a morte’).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that field, it should be highlighted that she has been part of the costume department for the films \u2018The Secret of Ibosim’ (2020) and ‘Los Europeos’ (2020), the latter nominated for a Goya Award for Best Costume Design. She collaborates every year in the \u201cEivissa Inclusion Day\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

She has worked on numerous documentaries, video clips, short films, and TV reports. Among her filmography, it is worth noting the documentary<\/strong> ‘Living without a country, the Rohingya exile’, which was filmed in London, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and The Hague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of films, she specializes in the organization of shootings. Maj\u00f3 has participated in most of the projects of director H\u00e9ctor Escandell, performing the functions of production manager (‘The Crimes of All Hallows’ Day’), script supervisor (‘Incestum’), or editor (‘No Life’).<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
